Claude, Excel, PPT, and AI ops

AI becomes useful when it is wired into repeatable work, not left as a chat window everyone forgets to use.

I design workflows that use Claude, DeepSeek, OpenAI, spreadsheets, slides, docs, and business data to save real team hours.

AI Workflows

Claude with Excel workflows for analysis, cleanup, and reporting Claude with PowerPoint workflows for review decks and client reporting AI-assisted SOPs, briefs, summaries, and operating documentation Human-in-the-loop automation so quality stays controlled

What this solves

Use AI practically inside business workflows: Excel analysis, PPT reporting, SOPs, dashboards, content, and team documentation.

  • Claude with Excel workflows for analysis, cleanup, and reporting
  • Claude with PowerPoint workflows for review decks and client reporting
  • AI-assisted SOPs, briefs, summaries, and operating documentation
  • Human-in-the-loop automation so quality stays controlled

What you get

  • Workflow use-case map
  • Prompt and data input templates
  • Excel/PPT/doc automation setup
  • Team training and governance notes

How I usually approach it

First, I diagnose the real constraint. Then I map the workflow, data, ownership, and user path. After that, we build only what is needed to move the business outcome: automation, CRM cleanup, page restructuring, AI workflow, tracking, or a simple operating rhythm.

The aim is not to add complexity. The aim is to make the next action obvious, measurable, and easier to repeat.
