Based in New Delhi · Remote delivery worldwide in English
Start small. Review the work. Then pay.
Agree a useful first deliverable, its fee and acceptance checks before we begin. Review it with your team, pay after acceptance, and decide whether to continue.
A smaller first commitment
One outcome, agreed in writing.
Use a short fit call to identify the workflow. We then quote a small first milestone so you can evaluate our approach before commissioning a larger implementation.
Agree scope and price.
We record the inputs, deliverable, named reviewer, acceptance checks, fee, currency and invoicing business. The proposal also covers dates, dependencies and the review window.
Review a useful deliverable.
This might be a workflow map, sample-data review or sandbox demonstration. Check it against the agreed criteria. We address in-scope gaps through the agreed revision process.
Accept, pay and choose.
Pay the agreed fee after acceptance, even if you stop there. Continue only with a separately agreed next milestone, including production access, rollout and support where needed.
People behind the work
Strategy with Raghav. Delivery with The Night Marketer.
Raghav Mittal leads the workflow review and decisions. The Night Marketer supports implementation and testing. We agree the delivery owner and responsibilities in your proposal.
Our base is New Delhi. Remote engagements use English, shared project notes and review times agreed with your team. On-site work, when needed, is arranged separately.
Verify The Night Marketer’s Shopify Select Partner profile →The Shopify credential belongs to the agency. Each integration still requires its own compatibility checks and acceptance testing.
Inspect the method
See the checks before sharing access.
Download synthetic source-event, receipt-exception and job-work examples. They show how we think about reconciliation, holds and repeat processing.
These files are offline demonstrations. Your first milestone will state whether you receive a plan, a sandbox example or a tested implementation.
Before implementation
Clear access, costs and ownership.
- Use redacted samples for the initial review. Agree authorised access, a test environment and handling of sensitive data separately.
- List software, licence, connector and third-party charges separately, with your approval before purchase.
- Agree success and exception checks, rollback, handover and any maintenance before production release.
- Confirm ownership and transfer of the agreed deliverables in the proposal.
Questions before we start.
When do I pay for the first milestone?
We agree a small deliverable, its fee and acceptance checks in writing before work starts. You review the deliverable against those checks and pay the agreed first-milestone fee after acceptance. That fee is payable even if you choose not to continue with a larger project.
What can the first milestone include?
It can be a workflow map with an exception checklist, a review of redacted sample records, or a small sandbox demonstration. The proposal states exactly what you will receive. A workflow map is a planning deliverable; a live integration, production release or full project requires its own agreed scope.
How do you work with teams outside India?
We deliver remotely in English from our New Delhi base. Before starting, we agree review times that overlap with your team, a named decision owner and written progress updates. The proposal identifies the invoicing business, currency, fees, dependencies and delivery dates.
What happens if a milestone does not meet the agreed checks?
You identify the unmet checks during the agreed review period and we address work within the signed scope before acceptance. New requirements are scoped separately. The proposal records the review window, revision process, acceptance and stop conditions before work begins.
Is the introductory call free?
The introductory fit call is free. The first milestone is a separately quoted deliverable, with payment after acceptance. Later stages, licences, third-party fees and maintenance are agreed separately.
